Disaster Management Preparedness for Upcoming Monsoon – Day 2

Saturday, June 1st marked the second day of the Monsoon Preparedness Survey by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), of the flood-prone and probable landslide areas in Mumbai.

In response to the call by BMC, Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management deployed 3 ARCAD #HamRadio trained #Volunteers for the survey in various wards of Mumbai. They accompanied BMC officials in various zones across Mumbai. The Indian Army, Indian Navy, NDRF, and Fire Fighter teams also participated in this survey.
